2 quick tips for oboe students

Happy Friday! I’ve been swamped this week with the first week of teaching all my students again. So, I’ve got two quick tip videos to share with you from an amazing oboe teacher Ann Lemke. (I attended a masterclass Ann hosted when I was in high school, and her students really impressed me. Her students are doing amazing things, and she’s definitely a teacher I aspire to be like.)

First, about how to make oboe reeds last longer.

Second, about how to get oboe reeds out of your oboe if they feel stuck.

And now you have two handy tip videos just in time to help your beginning oboe students!

See you next week,

Alli
